Living With Fable The Raven - A chat with BBC Scotland Outdoors
I recently received an email from BBC Scotland Outdoors, who were interested in interviewing Fable and I, to find out a little more about what our life is like together. So a week later broadcaster Mark Stephen travelled across to our home in the glens to meet Fable, and chat about what life is like for the two of us here.
I really enjoyed chatting with Mark and it was wonderful to see him enjoy meeting her up close. Fable took the whole meeting in her stride and was very intrigued by his big fluffy microphone cover!

We were discussing ravens, Audubon Society, “H for Hawk” and maybe you might kike to meet us on Zoom some Thursday as a lecture & questions. You would love the ladies – around 20 in number ranging in age 70’s to late 80’s.
My dearest friend is in advanced stages of Parkinsons in North Queensferry, my Mom immigranted with family at age eleven.
I had three major orthopedic surgeries 2022-2024 – both new shoulders, triple lumbar fusion. I would love to paint a Raven.

Thank you for sharing! My last ravens were at Tower of London. I live in a converted barn in Connecticut. We have a springer 3years old. Lexi is a patient springer. My husband and I hiked up Ben Nevis years ago. Love the Highlands where we went each year for many years.
